The Project hosted since 2007, with the funding support from Create Hong Kong of HKSAR
Government. With activities including production contest, seminar and workshops, the
festival aims to contribute to the industry development through
(1) Introducing local talents and their quality mobile videos to the international platforms to
encourage mobile contents developments;
(2) Broadening the horizons of local talents by facilitating the experience and culture
exchanges among excellent filmmakers around the world;
(3) Enhancing public awareness of using mobile devices for daily enjoyment
